Talk to Orderblock
Orderblock support is two email addresses and a person who reads them. Get trading journal support, or ask about your account or a broker connection. If you are unsure whether your broker and account type connect, ask before you subscribe.
Where to write
Sign-in, imports, journal features and billing. Include the platform, account type and what happened. Never include a password or API key.
Business, privacy and security enquiries, including vulnerability reports and site-warning reports.
What to include so we can answer in one reply
Specific beats long. Two example rows and the number you expected will get a better answer than a screenshot of a whole screen.
- For an import problem
- The broker, the export format, and two or three example rows with the values you expected. Never attach anything containing credentials.
- For a connection question
- The broker name, the platform and version, and for MetaTrader the exact server name as it appears in the terminal. Server names differ between a broker’s demo and live environments.
- For a figure that looks wrong
- The metric, the account, the date range, and the number you expected. Most of these resolve to a definition difference, and the metric reference usually identifies which one.
- For billing
- The account email and the charge date. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us, so never send card numbers.
Asking about a broker connection
Tell us the broker name, the platform and version, and the exact server name if it is MetaTrader. We will confirm what is actually available rather than assume every account type is supported.
Orderblock is software for recording and analysing trades. We cannot resolve a broker’s withdrawal, execution or account-verification decisions; those go to the broker directly.
Response expectations
Orderblock is a small operation. We answer support and operations mail directly rather than through a ticket queue, and we would rather tell you a connection is not ready than sell you a subscription that will not do what you need.
