What the service processes
- Account information
- Your email, profile and authentication records.
- Connected-account information
- Broker, account identifier, currency, encrypted connection credentials, imported trades and synchronization status.
- Your own content
- Journal entries, strategy tags, uploaded trade statements and settings.
- Technical logs
- Used for operation, troubleshooting and protection of the service.

Cookies, preferences and your choices
The application uses essential session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences such as theme and layout. The marketing site adds no advertising trackers.
Settings provides account deletion and broker-account removal. You can export complete trade history at any time. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion questions.
Disconnecting an account stops future access. Retained records, operational backups and billing records can carry different deletion requirements, so ask us about your specific request rather than assuming.
Requests we can act on
Send any of these to [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us which accounts and which date range you mean so we do not have to guess.
- A copy of your data
- Complete trade history export is available in the product at any time. For anything outside that, including journal entries and connection metadata, ask us and we will assemble it.
- Correction of a record
- Imported trade values come from your broker, so a wrong figure is usually an import mapping issue we should fix rather than an edit to a stored value. Send the statement line and we will reconcile it.
- Deletion
- Account deletion is in Settings and removes your workspace. Tell us if you also want operational backups addressed, since those have their own retention cycle.
- Withdrawing AI consent
- Turn AI features off in Settings. Nothing further is sent to OpenAI from that point, and the journal and analytics continue to work unchanged.
What we do not do with your trading data
We do not sell it, and we do not share it with brokers, data vendors or advertisers. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
We do not use it to trade, and we could not: every broker adapter is read-only and the MetaTrader route uses an investor password that cannot place an order.
