Export or delete your data

Your data is yours. You can export all of it at any time on any plan, including after cancelling, and you can delete it yourself.

Export your trade history

• Everything: open Trade history and choose Export CSV. You get a CSV of every trade in the account.
• A selection: in the Data explorer, filter or click into any cell and export just those trades.

Amounts keep your broker’s exact decimals, and spreadsheet formulas are neutralised so a file cannot run anything when you open it.

Delete a trading account

Settings → Data & deletion lets you delete one trading account with its trades, journal and connections. Your other accounts are untouched.

Delete your Orderblock account

Also in Settings → Data & deletion. Deleting your account closes billing with Stripe first and then removes your data. It is permanent and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep beforehand.

Data requests

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or for operational backups to be addressed, use the contact form with the topic Privacy or data request from the email address on your account. Operational backups follow their own retention cycle.

What we never do with your data

Orderblock does not sell trading data or share it with brokers, data vendors or advertisers, and the website has no advertising trackers. Support never asks for passwords, API keys or verification codes. The privacy notice and security page have the details.
